operation with the operating mechanism, it will cause damage or

Methods of safe operation
Never allow anyone stand under or nearby
your forks when operating the
F
orklift, lest the
load should collapse to hurt people. It is
unallowable to
elevate any person with your fork
to work high
above the ground, lest the person
should fall off
and sustain injuries.
When engaging a load, adjust the spacing
between the two forks as required, so that the two
forks are equally loaded without unbalance. One
side of the load shall lean against the backrest.
The weight of load shall in conformity with the
rules as indicated on the plate of Load Center
Diagram.
When engaging or unloading a load, use
brakes to stop the
F
orklift. The speed of the
vehicle
shall be slow and stable when
it
approaches or
retreats from the load. Be careful
that the wheels shall not roll on any articles,
wood pads and the like, lest the things rolled on
should burst away to hurt people. When
engaging a cargo, move the
fork into the
position beneath the load as far as
possible. Be
careful that the fork shall not touch
other cargo
or objects. And use the minimum mast
tilt
to
stable the load to prevent
it
from
sliding
backward. When placing the load, the mast
may be slightly tilted forward to deploy the load
and draw back the fork. Never drastically
engage a load and operate the forks to crash with
a hard object. It is prohibited to use the fork tip to
handle loads.

Overload is strictly prohibited! Do not
handle unfastened or unconsolidated goods,
and carefully handle the goods of large
size. A Forklift

The height of a load shall not exceed
that of the safety mast of the
F
orklift. In
case the height of a load is higher than that
of the safety mast, the load must be
fastened.
Do not take advantage of braking
inertia to slide down and let go the load. Do
not load the cargo directly at docks or
banks. Never use a single fork to work. No
one is allowed to unload the cargo
directly from the forks.
