SAFETY REGULATIONS
Any operator shall know and follow the relevant national and local safety
regulations, and the safety instructions contained in this manual can be only
applied where no national or local regulations exist.
Most accidents occurring in the process of operation, maintenance or
repair shall be caused by non-compliance of basic safety rules and
precautions. In order to avoid any accident, you should recognize any
possible risk in advance.
Be sure to read and understand all the safety precautions and warnings
before operating maintaining or repairing the machine.
The basic safety precautions have been outlined in the section of
"Safety" of this manual, and explained where any risk exists during the
operation. Warning boards have been attached to the machines, thus you
can identify where special risks exist. If you neglect them, any injury or death
may occur to yourselves or other personnel. These warnings shall be marked
with graphical symbols in this manual and warning boards of machines.
Our company can not predict all the possible risks, so these warnings
described in this manual and on the machines cannot be all-inclusive. If the
applied procedures, tools, operating methods or technologies are not
specially recommended by our company. You shall ensure that they are safe
to yourselves or others, meanwhile you shall ensure that any operating
method or procedure selected by you can't damage the machine or cause
any risk.
