Lilling up control lever6

Push  and pull the lever forward  and backward

to  make  the  fork  go  up  and  down.  The  lifting-up
speed  is  controlled  by  backward  angle  of  the
lever  and  the  accelerator  pedal.  While  the
descent speed is only controlled by forward  angle
of the lever not by accelerator.

Tilting control

lever

The  mast  tilting  can  be  realized  by  pushing

and  pulling  the lever forward  and  backward. The
mast  will  forerake  by  pushing  the  lever  forward,
and will lean back by pulling the lever  backward.

The  speed  depends  on  tilting  angle  of  the  lever

and accelerator.

Parking brake lever 1

When  parking  and  braking,  pull  the lever

backward to act on the front wheel and make

the  brake  generate  the  braking  force.  To

loosen the brake, just push the lever forward.

shifting  gear  and  please  stop  the  Forklift  when
shifting  direction.  The  backup  light  will  be  on  when
the

Forklift

reverses.

Reverse control handle 2 (for fluid truck)

fluid-drive  Forklift  has  one  forward  gear  and

one  reverse  gear.  The  Forklift  must  be  stopped
before reversing.  The  backup light will  be on  when the
Forklift.

Accelerator pedal 13

When  you  step  on  the  pedal,  the  engine  speed

will go up,  the travel speed  will  also  go  up; when
you  loose  the  pedal,  the  engine  speed  and
travel speed will go down accordingly.

Brake pedal 14

When  you  step  on the  pedal,  the  Forklift  will speed

down  or  stop and  the  brake light  will  be on.  Warning:
avoid hard braking to prevent the Forklift from  rolling over.

Clutch pedal 15 (for mechanical Forklift)

When  you  step  on  the  pedal,  the  engine  will  separate

from the transmission;  when you  loose the  pedal,  the engine
power  will  be  passed  to  transmission  through  the  clutch.
Attention:  the  Forklift  is  not  allowed  to  operate  when  it  is
in half-clutch condition

Slightly-moving pedal 16  (for fluid drive Forklift)

When  you  step  on  the  pedal,  the  oil  pressure  of  fluid

clutch will decline. It is used when the Forklift is near the cargo
or  doing  loading  operation  which  need  low-speed  travel.
Further stepping on the pedal, the Forklift will stop. Attention: it
is  not  allowed  to  fre

q

uently  use  the pedal.  If  the  pedal  is

used for foot rest or used for long time, the oil temperature of
auto transmission will be overheated or the clutch sliding will
occur.
