to check the air temperature. Do not touch the radiator.
• To prevent the hot oil spilling out, you should shut down the engine
and cool the oil. Slowly loosen the cap to release pressure. When you
check whether the oil temperature is going down or not, you can get
hands close to the front of hydraulic oil, torque converter radiator or
oil tank to check the air temperature. Do not touch the radiator or oil
tank.

When heating the
F
orklift, do not touch engine, muffler, exhaust tail
pipe and relay to avoid scalding.
•
When heating the
F
orklift do not remove engine oil temperature
sensor, water temperature sensor, torque converter sensor and air
conditioner water pipe to avoid scalding.
•
The cooling system contains alkaline material. Avoid your skin and eye
glasses touching them.
•
When changing coolant liquid, engine oil, transmission oil and filters,
please choose proper container to load the liquid. The processing of
liquid waste should comply with local environment protection laws and
rules.
•
When disassembling the linking pipelines of air compressor, it is
forbidden to get close to open fire, otherwise it will generate toxic gas
which will cause poisoning.

Overhaul of hydraulic system
Keep the oil at a proper level;
more or less oil volume will do no
good to the
f
orkli
f
t.
• Before overhaul of hydraulic system, you shall safely lock the oil
cylinder and air hydraulic device, colling the hydraulic oil and release
all the hydraulic system pressure.
•
Do not bend or hit the high pressure pipelines by hammer. Do not
install the improperly bent or damaged hard pipes or soft pipes on the
forklift.
•
Please repair any loose or damaged fuel & lubrication oil line, hard
pipes and soft pipes of hydraulic system. Any leakage could bring fire_
Please repair or change them in time.
•
Please carefully check pipelines, hard and soft pipes, tightening all the
connector according to specified torque. Do not check the leakage by
exposed hands, use board or paper board instead. Even if the pressure
of needle hole size, the liquid leakage could penetrate the muscle and
cause person injury. If the liquid spills onto the skin, please have a
