1. Unload the battery from the Forklift and store it at a cool dry place
and
have it charged once a month.
2.
Coat the exposed component like piston rod and possibly rusty shaft
with anti-rust oil.
3. Parts like air plug and air filter should be covered for moisture protection.
4.
Start the Forklift once a week. If the coolant liquid is completely
drained, please fill more, then install the battery.
Remove the anti-rust oil on the piston rod and shaft, then start the
engine to make it fully preheated. Travel forward and backward at low
speed then make the mast lilft up, descend, and tilt forward and
backward some times.
5. In summer it is better not to stop the Forklift on asphalt pavement.
Remarks: if the Forklift needs long-term storage, please use wood blocks
under the truck body and counterweight to reduce load of the two
rear tires.

The wood block should be single block and very firm enough
to bear the forklift's weight.

Do not use wood block higher then 12 inches.
*
Lift up the forklift to place where it can just be placed on
the bearing block.
*
Place two of the same wood blocks under left & right
sight of the Forklift frame.

Operation of the truck after long-term storage
1. Remove the anti-rust oil on the exposed parts.
2.
Drain the machine oil from the crankshaft box of the engine, and
drain the gear oil or fluid transmission oil from the mechanical
transmission (mechanical drive Forklift), drive axle casing and fluid
transmission ( fluid drive Forklift). After clear up the interior part, add
the new oil.
3.
Remove the foreign material and water from the hydraulic oil tank
and fuel tank.
4. Disassemble the engine air cylinder cap, air valve and rocker arm shaft
to check if every air valve clearance is normal.
5. Fill the coolant liquid to regulated scale.
6.
Charge the battery then install it on the Forklift and connect the
battery leads.
7.
Carefully check before start up.
8.
Preheat the Forklift.
Methods and steps to move the fault of the vehicle
1. The Forklift removed from the workplace, contact your
service personnel for repairs;
2. The Forklift rem oved from the workplace, contact your
service personnel for repairs;
3.
The shift lever in neutral position.
