POSITIONING
• Place the generator set on a flat and solid surface to
prevent it from sinking.
• Keep fuel, oil or other explosives at a safe distance from
the generator set.
• Select a site that is well ventilated and protected from the
weather.
• Place the generator set safely away from people and
animals.
CAUTION: TILTING CAN CAUSE FUEL
SPILLAGE
At high altitude, the standard carburetor air-fuel mixture
will be too rich. Performance will decrease and fuel
consumption will increase. A very rich mixture will also foul
the spark plug and cause hard starting. Operation at an
altitude that differs from that at which this engine was
certified, for extended periods of time, may increase
emissions.
Engine horsepower will decrease about 3.5% for each
300 meter (1,000 foot) increase in altitude. A decrease in
engine horsepower will decrease the power output of the
generator.
PRE-START PREPARATION
Before starting the generator, check for loose or missing
parts and for any damage which may have occurred during
shipment.
TANK INSTALLATION
1. Insert the LPG cylinder carefully
into the intended opening in the
top tank shroud. Make sure the
high pressure hose is in the
intended slot location and will
connect to the propane cylinder
valve easily without bending or
kinking.
Tighten the belt using the proper locking device .
The tank should not lift out or move.
3. Install the coupling on the end of the high pressure hose
onto the propane cylinder valve connection (similar to
many BBQ grills). Screw the nut onto the tank valve
until tight.
4. To check for leaks, spray soapy water on the valve and
regulator connections. Slowly open the tank valve. A
leak exists if bubbles appear or grow larger in size or
number.
5. If a leak exists, the condition must be corrected
immediately. DO NOT OPERATE UNIT. Contact
an authorized service center for assistance.

factory installed heat shields in place. Failure to
comply may cause the fuel tank to overheat and
result in personal injury from fire or explosion.

На большой высоте над уровнем моря стандартная
воздушно-топливная смесь карбюратора является
слишком насыщенной. Это приведет к снижению
производительности и повышению потребления топлива.
Кроме того, насыщенная смесь вызывает загрязнение
свечи зажигания и затрудняет процесс запуска. Длительная
эксплуатация на высоте, отличающейся от значения
сертификации двигателя, может привести к повышению
выбросов.
На каждые 300 метров (1000 футов) увеличения
высоты мощность двигателя (в л.с.) падает приблизительно
на 3,5%. Уменьшение мощности двигателя приведет к
уменьшения выработки электроэнергии генератором.
Запрещается использовать данный генератор при
отсутствии заводских теплозащитных экранов.
В противном случае может возникнуть перегрев
бака топлива, что может привести к получению
травм в результате пожара или взрыва.
УСТАНОВКА БАКА
1. Осторожно вставить баллон со
сжиженным нефтяным газом в
отверстие в верхней части корпуса
бака. Убедиться, что шланг
высокого давления находится
в соответствующем месте и
исправно подключен к клапану
баллона с пропаном без изгибов
или перекрутки. Убедиться, что
вокруг корпуса бака имеется пояс.
2. Затянуть ремень с помощью
фиксирующего устройства. Бак не должен подниматься
или перемещаться.
3. Установить пластмассовую муфту на конце шланга
высокого давления на стороне клапана баллона с пропаном
(по аналогии с многими моделями грилей для барбекю).
Навинтить гайку на кран бака до затяжки.

4. Нанести мыльную воду на кран и соединения
регулятора, чтобы проверить наличие утечек.
Медленно открыть клан бака. В случае наличия
утечек появятся пузыри, а также увеличатся в
размере или в количестве.
5. В случае наличия утечки необходимо
незамедлительно принять меры по ее устранению.

авторизованный сервисный центр для получения
поддержки.
