PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Air Filter Element Removal

1.  Turn off the engine and set the parking brake.
2.  Lift the engine cover.
3.  Locate the air filter and loosen the retaining clamp.
4.  Remove the dust cup.
5.  Pull the rubber plug out of the dust cup and empty

the contents.

NOTE: The Diesel engine has a wing nut holding the air

filter element in place, remove the wing nut first.

6. Pull the air filter elements out of its housing.
