INVIEW/ Budget Manager Accounting Reports
With INVIEW/ Budget Manager, you have the ability to create a
broader range of accounting reports than you would using the
standard accounting reports on your mailing system.
The following is a list of INVIEW/ Budget Manager accounting
reports:
• Custom Reports
• Transaction Log
• Account Summary
• Budget Performance (Budget Manager Only)
• Invoice (Budget Manager Only)
• Quick Profile
• Accounting Set Up
• Account List
• Account Speed Code List
• Operator List
• Weight Break Account/ Class
• Weight Break Carrier/ Class
• Weight Break Job ID/ Class
Printing Reports
You can print accounting reports using an external (attached) printer
if one is connected to your system.
NOTE: You must enable report printing for an operator in order for
that operator to print a report. See Enabling Operators on page
12-14 for more information.
Follow the steps below to print a report:
1. Press
Options .
2. Select "Reports”.
3. Select "Accounts”.
4. Select the report you want to print. Follow the prompts, if any,
that may appear.
5. Select "Print to Attached Printer” to print the report to the
attached printer.
6. Press Home to return to the Home Screen.
