4. Remove the lock nut with a 32 mm wrench.
- DO NOT REUSE THE LOCK NUT REMOVED.
5. Remove the radial ball bearing with the following
special tool:

Inspection
1. Check clearance between the synchronisation
ring and the gear conical section.
2. Visually check the possible worn areas and
damage of the gear and the main shaft grooved
section.
Characteristic
Specification value:
0.95 - 1.35 mm
3. When the external and central part of the radial
ball bearing internal rotation seat is turned with the
fingers, as shown in the figure, the rotation must
be smooth and without jamming.
