Boot-Mode and Clock Selection
Note:
Clock selection is not available with the i.MX35 module.
The i.MX35x controller is able to boot from different devices as described in
chapter 6.1.2
Boot Mode
Select. To have a choice from which device the controller should boot the boot signals BOOT0 to
BOOT4 are connected to two different dip-switches. These two switches are S5 on the i.MX Carrier
Board and S1 on the phyMAP-i.MX35 mapper.
With S5 on the i.MX Carrier Board it is possible to select the status of BOOT0, BOOT1 and BOOT2.

below.
Note:
A standard Boot Configuration is already set on the i.MX35 module. Here you can change the Boot
Mode to an alternatively mode. For standard Boot Configuration all dip switches have to be in OFF
position.
