Pan Belt

Note:  

This procedure is also for old-style pan motor assemblies (with no notch) as described in 

“Pan 

Motor Assembly” on page 33

To remove pan belt or old-style pan motor assemblies (with no notch):

Step 1. Remove the following:

a. PFC following the procedure described in 

“PFC” on page 35

.

b. Lamp Driver following the procedure described in 

“Lamp Driver” on page 31

.

c. Pan Driver Board (including mounting support) following the procedure described in 

“Pan Driver Board” on page 36

.

d. Pan Motor Assembly following the procedure described in 

“Pan Motor Assembly” on 

page 33

.

Note:  

Make sure to notate placement and routing of all wiring. All must be placed and routed the 

same.

Step 2. Disconnect wiring from LVS output.
Step 3. Remove #8 KEPS nut securing ground wire to chassis
Step 4. While protecting the front lens, place fixture on bench front lens down. Lay yoke/enclosure 

over so enclosure rests on its handles.
