Note: All procedures are done with the power completely removed. Adhere to all warnings in this manual.

Step 9. Remove 2 x 8-32 x ¾" PPZ SEMS screws and remove belt tension roller bridge and rollers.

Step 10. Remove belt from between roller mounts on tensioner.
Step 11. At motor assembly, remove 4 x #8 KEPS Nuts and 4 x 8-32 x 5/8" PPZ SEMS screws. Use 

90-degree screwdriver to hold screws if needed.

Step 12. Slide motor assembly to left, disconnect wiring and remove motor.
Step 13. Replace in reverse. 

Note:  

To tension pan belt, slide tensioner toward the pan pulley. Set tension so that if pan is moved by 

hand, the belt does not slip on the drive pulley on motor. Too tight tension can damage motor shaft. If 
belt slips on drive pulley, this can damage belt
