Note: All procedures are done with the power completely removed. Adhere to all warnings in this manual.

3) Tighten screw to hold roller with loose tension.

b. Type 2

1) To loose belt tension, loosen 3 x #8 KEPS nuts and slide tensioner toward motor

Step 4. Remove 4 x 8-32 x 5/8" PPB screws that mount motor.
Step 5. Remove belt from pulley and pull motor assembly through tilt mount.
Step 6. For reassembly, depending on the tilt motor assembly type:

a.

Type 1

- You will need to 'help' the spring set the belt tension buy pulling the tension

roller in towards the belt.

b.

Type 2

- Slide the tensioner toward the tilt pulley. Make sure the rollers are even on both

sides.

Step 7. Replace in reverse order.
