Note: All procedures are done with the power completely removed. Adhere to all warnings in this manual.

Step 5. Rotate enclosure to access 1 of the 4 ¼-20 x 2" SOC screws.
Step 6. Using 5/32" Allen wrench, remove each screw and unthreaded spacer. Rotate the enclosure
and remove all 4. You must properly support the enclosure as you remove the last one!
Step 7. Gently rock enclosure to loosen the pan tube from pan bearing on pan motor plate.
Step 8. Lay enclosure down as you pull wiring through pan bearing.
Step 9. Remove pan belt.
If you have an old, non-notched pan motor, continue disassembly:
Step 10. Remove 2 6-32 x ½" PPZ SEMS screws attaching pan assembly module to enclosure side
rail.
Step 11. Lift entire assembly, with bearing and motor out of enclosure. Remove nuts and screws
mounting motor and replace motor.
To install pan belt:
Step 1. Insert wiring through new belt and place belt on pan pulley.
Step 2. Feed wiring through pan bearing.
Step 3. Rotate the pan tube mounting plate, so the screw that holds then pan stop ball is facing the
pan motor side.
Step 4. Lift enclosure so pan tube can insert into bearing.
Step 5. Insert one of the four ¼-20 x 2" SOC screws and spacer.
DO NOT TIGHTEN!
Step 6. Rotate around and start all four. Make sure belt is INSIDE the spacers!
Step 7. Once all four screws are started, work your way around and tighten them all.
Step 8. Then stand fixture on enclosure and reassemble remainder in reverse order of removal.
