Note: All procedures are done with the power completely removed. Adhere to all warnings in this manual.

Step 5. Using ¼" wrench, remove 2 x 6-32 x 13/16" Standoffs at MCB.

Step 6. Carefully tilt MCB in towards the lamp driver.
Step 7. At ribbon cable, release by lifting up the locking mechanism on outside of connector and

remove ribbon cable from display part of MCB (note it is NOT installed in processor part).

Step 8. Disconnect remaining wiring from MCB, noting location.
Step 9. Lift MCB and mounting bracket from enclosure.
Step 10. Remove 2 x 6-32 x ¼" PPZ SEMS screws and remove MCB from MCB bracket mount.
Step 11. Replace in reverse order.

CAUTION:

The Micro SD card inserted into the processor board. This card is part of the MCB

assembly and should always remain with and be shipped with this card. Be careful to not unseat the
card during installation.
