Tilt Lock Arm Assembly

Vari-Lite Part No: 10.9704.1751 (Rod)

Vari-Lite Part No: 10.9704.0753 (Lever, x2)

Vari-Lite Part No: 10.9704.1752 (Locking Pin)

To replace tilt lock assembly or its parts:

Step 1. Remove tilt lock side yoke arm cover following the procedure described in

Covers Removal” on page 46

Step 2. Using a 5/64" Allen Wrench, remove 1 of the levers (10.9704.0753) by loosening the cone

point set screw.

Step 3. Loosen the cone point set screw in the locking pin.
Step 4. Slide the rod out of yoke arm and locking pin.
Step 5. Replace in reverse. Note there are holes in rod for set screws.
