Note: All procedures are done with the power completely removed. Adhere to all warnings in this manual.

Step 3. Remove 3 x M3 .5 x 10 mm LG, PPZ SEMS screws through cable saddles and 3 x M3 .5 x 6 

mm LG, PPZ SEMS screws and remove board.

Step 4. On replacement board, set dip switches as follows:

a. DIP SW 1 OFF
b. DIP SW 2 OFF
c. DIP SW 3 OFF
d. DIP SW 4 ON

Note:  

Original fixtures had an iris sensor that was never used in software. If present, this sensor and 

wire can either be reattached or removed completely from the fixture. Refer to Technical Notice TN-
350 for additional information.

Step 5. Replace in reverse. Ensure wiring connections are fully seated into board.
