Lower info
field
The info fields provide additional information depending on the menu
screen that displays. When the main screen or status screen display, the
lower info field displays the cooling setpoint value. When a parameter
value edit screen displays, the upper and lower info fields display the
values at each end of the range of selectable values. When a parameter
list selection screen displays, the upper and lower info fields display the
available selections as blinking parameters. See

MENU/ESC
key
To access the setup screens, press and hold
MENU/ESC
for 2 seconds on
the
HOME
screen. To cancel any parameter value change on the current
screen and return to the previous setup screen or menu level, press
MENU/ESC
on the setup screens.

DOWN/UP
keys
To change the blinking parameter values on the setup screens, press
DOWN
and
UP
. To move through the menu screens available on the
current menu level, press
DOWN
and
UP
.

SET key
To go to the next setup menu level, press
SET
. To save the blinking
parameter value or menu selection and to go to the next setup screen,
press
SET
on any setup selection screen.

Alarm icon/
key
The
Alarm
icon indicates the presence of alarm conditions in the system.
The
Alarm
icon glows red to indicate the closure of the alarm relay. When
the
Alarm
icon glows yellow or is off, the alarm relay is open.
The
Alarm
icon also functions as a key. To acknowledge any active
alarms, press the
Alarm
key.

Evaporator
fan icon
The
Evaporator fan
icon indicates the status of the evaporator fan.
The
Evaporator fan
icon glows green to indicate the closure of the
evaporator fan relay. When the
Evaporator fan
icon is off, the evaporator
fan relay is open.

Refrigeration
icon
The
Refrigeration
icon indicates the status of the compressor relay. The
Refrigeration
icon glows blue to indicate the closure of the compressor
relay and that the controller is in normal refrigeration mode. When the
Refrigeration
icon is off, the compressor relay is open and the controller
is not in normal refrigeration mode; it may be in defrost mode or system
shutdown.

Defrost icon/
key
The
Defrost
icon indicates the status of the defrost relay. During normal
operation, the
Defrost
icon glows to indicate the system is in defrost
mode. For electric defrost the defrost relay is closed, the compressor
and evaporator fan relays are open. For hot gas defrost the defrost and
compressor relay are closed and evaporator fan relay is open. For off-
cycle defrost the evaporator fan relay is closed and the compressor and
defrost relays are open. In off-cycle or passive defrost, the
Defrost
icon is
on but the relay does not close.
The
Defrost
icon also functions as a key. To go to the manual defrost
cycle start screen, press the
Defrost
key for 2 seconds. In manual defrost
mode the defrost icon will blink on and off to indicate a closed defrost
relay.
