Symptom

Possible cause and solution

Unusual sounds are heard while
the elite Panaboard is moving
up or down or the elite
Panaboard feels extremely
heavy when it is raised.

Something may be wrong with the up/down unit. Stop using the elite
Panaboard immediately, and contact your dealer.

Even when the elite Panaboard
is raised, it drops down under its
own weight.

The adjustment part for raising and lowering the elite Panaboard may be
out of position.
Contact your dealer and ask for a service engineer to conduct the
adjustments again.
