Troubleshooting
The XANTO S is designed for automatic operation and reports any
occurring problems during operation automatically. Normally, the
warning messages shown on the control panel do not mean that
the output voltage is affected. It is usually a preventative message
intended to make the user aware of a problem.
NOTE
Active warning/error messages are shown in the display with
red background illumination and black text (see
Operating
states
)
Active warning/error messages are additionally indicated
by an audio alarm signal (see
Operating states
)
Rectify the cause of the problem or contact support
Check the status menu on a list of active warning/error messages:
1. Press the
button for at least one second to enable the menu
options.
2. Press the
button until the "UPS STATUS" is displayed.
3. Press the
button to display the list of active warning/error
messages.
Check the event log for the progression of warning/error messages
and events:
1. Press the
button for at least one second to enable the menu
options.
2. Press the
button until "EVENT LOG" is displayed.
3. Press the
button to display a list of active status messages.
