Response Codes
The following end codes can be returned by the Unit in response to the RUN
command:

STOP (0402)
Initiates a state changes within the PROFIBUS-DP Master Unit. This com-
mand will disable a pre-allocated slave station in the PROFIBUS-DP Master
Unit. The targeted slave station will temporarily be removed from the Unit’s list
of active stations. The Unit will Unlock the slave station and stop communica-
tion with it.
Note The configured slave stations are by default enabled. A disabled slave station
can be enabled using the RUN command (see
The targeted slave station is defined by the station code in the command.

Station code (command)
Defines the slave station to be enabled state as follows:
High byte:
Always set to 81(Hex).
Low byte:
00 ~ 7D (Hex): Defines the slave station network address.
Response Codes
The following end codes can be returned by the Unit in response to the STOP
command:

• Mode code setting not supported (code exceeds 01).
• Invalid station code (High byte not equal to 81)
• Invalid target slave address (exceeds 125).
