Save

6. Wait for the ARAMCentral software to restart.
7. Use the command in MobilePlanner to verify that the queue is cleared.
a. Select EnterpriseManagerDisplayDeliveryQueue from the Command field drop-
down list.
b. Click the
Command
icon.
The queue should now be empty.
8. Reconnect to the MobilePlanner software, and remove the "EnterpriseManagerFlush"
entry.
9. Click
Save
.
10. Wait for the ARAMCentral software to restart.
6.4 Update the ARAMCentral Software
You can update the ARAMCentral version on the Enterprise Manager appliance from within
SetNetGo. This is part of the Mobile Software suite.
To update the ARAMCentral package:
1. Open SetNetGo.
2. Select
Software
and then
Manage Installed Software
.
3. Click
Browse...
to navigate to and select the software update file.
4. Click
Upload
to upload the Mobile Software suite to the Enterprise Manager appliance.
This uploads the ARAMCentral software.
Use the
View Release Notes
option to see changes and features that are included in the
update.
Restarting ARAMCentral
Changes to the Enterprise Manager appliance ARAMCentral might cause it to automatically
stop and restart (depending on the type of change that you make). You can also use SetNetGo
to force ARAMCentral to restart as follows:
1. Open SetNetGo.
2. Select
Software
and then
Manage Installed Software
.
3. Click
Restart
.

Enterprise Manager 2100 Autosync Operation
Autosync provides operational redundancy if a problem occurs with the Primary appliance.
During normal Autosync operation, you will observe changes only when either the Primary or
Secondary appliance stops operating. This might be caused by a temporary power loss or an
