Set the number of transfer data blocks to 01 to transfer the present counter value.
If the number of transfer data blocks is set to 02, set the first word of the transfer data blocks to
the present counter value, in which case, the succeeding data blocks will be ignored.
Transfer the error clear code "EC" to reset the Error Flag.
