86 RECEPTION
If the call is a fax call:
On detecting a fax call, the fax machine disables the answering
machine and prepares to receive the document.
The display shows a connect message (“Fax call” in this case)
followed by the remote fax number and the name of the sender, if
programmed.
When the document has been received the display shows the
message RX COMPLETED for a few seconds, followed by the
machine operating mode.

the paper or ink runs out, the paper jams or the printer cover
is opened during reception, reception is interrupted, the
relative message is displayed and the document is temporarily
stored in memory. Once the problem has been remedied, the
machine will resume printing.
•
you want to interrupt reception at any time:
1) Press STOP. The display will alternate between the
message RX INTERRUPTED and the message prompting
you to press STOP.
2) Press STOP again to return to the initial operating mode.
