JOURNAL
The activity report, or journal, contains all the information relative to the transmission and reception
operations performed.
The journal cannot be selected from the configuration parameters. It may, however, be printed in two
ways:
•
Automatically: after every 32 operations of transmission/reception.
•
Manually: at your request, independently of the number of transactions performed. This request is
made through the "PRINT OUT REPORT" menu.

This section presents an example of printing an activity report from the "PRINT OUT REPORT" menu.

The display shows "PRINT OUT REPORT" .
1.
Press START.
The display shows the first parameter.
2.
Press > repeatedly to display the "PRINT: JOURNAL"
parameter.
3.
Press START.
The journal is printed. Afterwards the display will show the
operating mode.
IF...
•
a problem occurs during printing, such as, for example, the
paper or ink runs out, the cover is opened, etc., the machine
displays a message identifying the problem. Once the
problem has been solved, printing will be resumed.
