(acoustic and visual), error messages and instructions on the actions to take to rectify problems.

The error LED illuminates when:

Connection cannot be established because the line is disconnected or the destination party does not
respond.

•

The sending and receiving fax machines are found to be incompatible during a communication.

•

Errors have been detected during communication.

To switch off the error LED, press STOP.

The error LED also switches off on reception of an incoming call.
