Enter the telephone number of the Key Operator
Introduction
If an error is reported, the Océ 31x5E asks the user to call the Key Operator. A
telephone number can be a part of the message.
You can change or ignore the telephone number.
Before you begin
1.
Enter the key operator system.

Entering a key operator telephone number
1.
Activate the 'Machine' section.
2.
Open the 'Error information' card.
3.
Press the 'Change phone number' function key.
4.
Use the numeric keys to enter a telephone number with a maximum of 13
digits. You can use the arrow keys
for the dash sign (-).
5.
Press the start key to confirm the new number.
Ignoring a telephone number
1.
Activate the 'Machine' section.
2.
Open the 'Error information' card.
3.
Press the 'Change phone number' function key.
4.
Press the start key to ignore the telephone number.
