Change the status
Introduction
You can change the status of the user account to enable or disable access to the
machine if access is secured (see ‘
About the access-secured system ’ on
page 37 ).
If the status is closed (-), the user account is invalid.
If the status is open (+), the user account is valid.
You must change the status of a user account when the user account
automatically added has the '-' (see ‘
Secure automatic printing ’ on page 44 )
status.
Before you begin
1.
Enter the Key Operator System.

Changing the status of a user account
1.
Activate the 'Accounting' section.
2.
Open the 'Account' card.
3.
Use the arrow keys to select the record of the user account.
4.
Press the 'Change status' function key to change the status.
