PDF/X output intent

PDF/X can contain an output intent profile. An output intent profile is the profile of the device for
which the PDF document has been prepared.

If the setting "Use PDF/X Output Intent" is enabled, and an output intent profile is present in the
PDF: The input profile for CMYK is ignored and the PDF converter converts all other colours to the
output intent profile. The PS3 interpreter then converts all colours from the output intent profile
to the actual output profile.
