This manual gives specific information on how to operate and use the management
functions of this switch.

consequently, it assumes a basic network network knowledge of general switch functions,
the Internet Protocol (IP), IEEE 802.3at/af Power over Ethernet Standard and Simple
Network Management Protocol(SNMP).
