“man-in-the-middle” attacks. It will validate the ARP request
& response packet by interception with MAC-to-IP
databae(dynamic:DHCP Snooping table, static: Static table)

VLAN ID
Enter a VLAN ID for the ARP Inspection
Log Type
Log ARP requests and responses. There are
four log types and possible types are:
[None]: Log nothing
[Deny]: Log denied entries
[Permit]: Log permitted entries
[All]: Log all entries

A. Click C
onfiguration/Security/Network/
ARP Inspection/VLAN Configuration
B. Click Add New Entry
C. Enter a VLAN ID.
D. Select a log type.
E. Click Save to apply the setting or Reset to restore
the previous setting.
