using the 802.1D recommended values.
Using
“specific” settings, a user-defined
value can be entered. The path cost is
used when establishing the active
topology of the network. Low path cost
ports are chosen as forwarding ports in
favour of higher path cost ports.
(Range

1-200000000)
Controls the port priority. This can be
used to control priority of ports having
identical port cost.
WEB Interface
A. Click Configuration/Spanning Tree/MSTI Ports
B. Select MSTI then click
“get” button
C. Set STA parameters for ports.
D. Click Save to apply the setting or Reset to restore
the previous setting.
