Savings
Shows if the system is currently saving power
due to ActiPhy. The ActiPhy can lower power for
unused ports and restores power by detecting
the presence of link pulses.

due to PerfectReach. The PerfectReach is an
intelligent algorithm for detecting the presence
of a shorter cable and then adapting the PHY to
a lower poewr level.
