Accessing the Interior

Pull the power supply filler panel away from the Passport 5430.

 

Installing a Power Supply Filler Panel 

To install a power supply filler panel:

1.

Place the power supply filler panel over the empty power supply slot.

2.

Using a flat-tip screwdriver, tighten the captive screw until the power 
supply filler panel firmly covers the slot.

Where to Go Next

Use the following table to determine where to go next. 

Caution: 

To maintain proper cooling, never operate the Passport 5430 with an 

empty power supply slot. Save the filler panel to cover the slot in case you 
need to operate the Passport 5430 with a power supply removed.
