Power up the server.

Note: 

During the bootup, the system reports that three hard drives are 

dead, and, as a result, three system drives are running in critical state. 
This is normal. It indicates that the disks are no longer being mirrored. If 
you run the DACMon Utility, it also reports that three hard drives are 
dead and that they are not being replaced by a hot standby.
