Power up the server.
Result:
POST messages from the RAID controller warn you that the
system is operating in critical mode (that is, with some drives offline).

Log on to the CallPilot server as
Administrator
(or any other user ID that
has administrative privileges).

From the Windows desktop, select Start
➝
Programs
➝
Mylex
Workstation Array Manager.
Result:
The Workstation Array Manager window appears. In the
example below, the secondary hard drive in logical drive 2 (channel 1, ID
5) was faulty and has been replaced. The new hard drive is offline, and
logical drive 2 is still in critical state because the new hard drive has not
yet been rebuilt.

In the Workstation Array Manager window, double-click the offline hard
drive (in the example in this procedure, this is the device at channel 1 ID
5).
Result:
The Disk Device Information window appears.
