Configuring Instant Internet as a main-mode VPN tunnel
To configure Instant Internet when your ISP provides you with a static IP address:

Start Setup, and if prompted, select a unit to configure.

In the main Setup window, click Add.

In the Select Connection Type dialog box, click IPsec.

In the Select Connection Device dialog box, click Contivity.

In the Contivity Extranet Switch dialog box, click Yes.

Enter the following information:
•
Name – Select the default name suggested or enter a unique name for the
tunnel. This name should be one that you can associate easily with this
particular tunnel. This name does not have to match the one used at the
other end of the tunnel.
•
Key – Enter the password that both sides use to establish a connection.
This key must match the pre-shared key you configured on the CES.
•
Destination – Specify the public IP address of the CES.
