Remote access packages
Remote access
allow you to control the remote use of
line pools and
Remote Page feature.
Remote access packages are associated with COS passwords
and the auto-answer lines used by remote users.

filter is a collection of restrictions and exceptions
in Dialing filters. These filters are applied to telephones
t h r o u g h S e t f i l t e r p r o g r a m m i n g .
Telephone filters do not apply to calls dialed out on E&M trunks.
Someone could dial out to a destination on the private network
that is restricted on the public network. To restrict calling on E&M
lines, apply a restriction to the line rather than to the telephone.
