microphone is on. You can stop it beeping.

You can prevent your telephone from receiving Voice Calls.

The line is open for you to speak.

T h e t e l e p h o n e r e c e i v i n g t h e c a l l
cannot accept Voice Calls for one of

the following

reasons: it is

ringing with another call; it is in Call
Forward mode: it is in Do Not Disturb

mode: it has Voice Call Deny turned
on: it is not a

telephone.

Your call proceeds automatically as
regular ringing call.

Notes

Once you have answered a Voice Call,

put it on hold,’

transfer it,

treat it as a normal call.

When you have Handsfree Answerback assigned to your

telephone, and you are using an on-hook Dialing Mode, the

microphone and speaker are both activated for external calls,

The System Coordinator assigns Handsfree Answerback to a
telephone in Administration programming. You can not assign
Handsfree Answerback capability to the M7100 Telephone.
