Main Menu
Choose the Main menu by selecting Main in the legend bar on the Main menu
screen. Other Main menu options are available by selecting submenus.
Use the arrow keys to select one of the Main menu options and press
Enter
to
select a submenu. Items with grayed-out text are not available. Explanations of
each Main menu item are given in the following table.
Setting items on this menu to incorrect values can cause the
system to malfunction.

Set system date in this field. Press Tab or Enter to move
between month, date, and year fields.

Selects the display language for the BIOS.

Note: The following setting information applies to the primary
and secondary master and slave devices.
Each device menu item displays the hard drive or CD-ROM
identifier if a device is installed.
If you install a hard drive that does not feature auto IDE type
detection or your IDE hard drive was formatted on another
system with parameters different from those reported by the
drive, enter a parameter for each of the fields in the device
submenu.
Bring up a device submenu by pressing Enter. The submenus
include Type, CHS Format, and LBA Format. Each submenu
and its fields are described next.
