SIMM Installation
Install SIMM sticks into the memory expansion board as follows.
CAUTION:
Before handling a SIMM,
discharge any static electricity by touching the
metal frame on the system unit.
Always hold a SIMM by its edges. Avoid
touching the components on the SIMM.
1.
Remove the top cover as previously described.
2.
Remove the two screws holding the memory expansion board to the underside of
the bracket bar (see Figure Section 3-10).
