IMPORTANT:
If RDR is specified to a disk which contains the system partition or partition which cannot
be unmounted, the following pop-up message appears. If you click [Yes], the system is
restarted in two minutes automatically. Go on to 5. when the system is restarted.

Insert a disk to set duplex configuration into the corresponding slot.
(In this example, a disk is inserted into the Slot 2 of the PCI module for Group2.)
After the disk is inserted, RDR is set automatically and synchronization starts. Then the
status changes as described in 6.
IMPORTANT:
For a disk to be inserted, use a new or physically formatted disk which has the same
capacity as the synchronization source. If such a disk is not used, disks are not
duplicated successfully
For physical format, see Chapter 4 “System Configuration” - “SCSI BIOS ~
Fast!UTIL ~” and perform Low - Level Format by SCSI Disk Utility.
When performing Low - Level Format, disable “Advanced” - “Monitoring
Configuration” - “Option ROM Scan Monitoring” of BIOS Setup Utility. For the setup
method, see Chapter 4 “System Configuration” - “SYSTEM BIOS ~ SETUP ~”.
