The cover over the SIM card is not inserted correctly.
Refit the cover. Make sure that all corners are correctly inserted!
(Refer to "SIM card" on page 11)

You are using a charger cable that is not recommended by
NAVIGON expressly for your navigation system.
Use only the charger cable supplied with your navigation device or
an equivalent model from NAVIGON! (Refer to "Supplying power to
the navigation device" on page 13)

The SIM card is damaged or invalid.
Note:
Use only accessories that are recommended by NAVIGON
expressly for your navigation system. NAVIGON AG accepts no liability
