Charges for the Call Forwarding Service

Call charge

When a call is forwarded, the charge for the call from the area
where the mobile phone is subscribed to the forwarding number
are paid by the Call Forwarding Service subscriber.

The charges for saving forwarding number, starting/stopping
the service, setting the ring tone duration, and setting the
forwarding guidance on/off are free.
●
3-digit numbers (110, etc.), Free Dial, Quick Numbers, toll-
free numbers, and numbers with a prefix such as “186”,
“131 ”, and “#” cannot be saved as a forwarding number.
●
If requested by the forwarding number and reasonable,
NTT DoCoMo may stop forwarding to that number.
●
Note that you may confuse the caller if you choose a PBX,

or fax as the forwarding number.
Making Smart Use of the Call Forwarding Service
You can forward a call arriving during a call or i-mode to
a forwarding number. If there is an incoming call during
a call, the beeps notify you of it.
• The settings for during i-mode communication can also be
made beforehand on the Mova (P.111).
• Set this function from the Mova. This operation cannot be
performed from ordinary phones, payphones or other mobile
phones.

You can manually forward a call if the Call Forwarding
Service is not activated or activated by dialing 1450.

The manual connection operation by dialing 1450 cannot
be used during emergency calls (110 for police, 119 for
ambulance and fire, 118 for maritime rescue), 117 (time)
and 14XX (such as Call Forwarding Service operations).

While the Keypad lock is set, you cannot manually forward
a call.
●
When you manually/automatically forward a call while
receiving a call or during a call, the call is forwarded to the
forwarding number list “1”. If the forwarding number list
“1” is empty, the call is disconnected after the forwarding
guidance.
Setting the Guidance of Forwarding a Call
You can set to play back the forwarding guidance (Divert
message) for the caller when forwarding a call arriving
during a call or forwarding a call while the ring tone still
sounds. For normal use, it is recommended to use the
Mova with the forwarding guidance [ON].

If the forwarding guidance is [OFF], the caller hears only
ringing sound when the forwarding number is busy, outside
the service area, powered OFF, or in the Public mode
(Driving mode).
