VVRP screen - Version tab
VRRP version 3 (RFC 5798) and 2 (RFC 3768) are selectable to set the router redundancy. Version 3 supports sub-second
(centisecond) VRRP failover and support services over virtual IP. For more information on the VRRP protocol
specifications (available publicly) refer to
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3768.txt
(version 2) and
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc5798.txt
(version 3).
7. From within VRRP tab, select
Add
to create a new VRRP configuration or
Edit
to modify the attributes of an existing
VRRP configuration. If necessary, existing VRRP configurations can be selected and permanently removed by selecting
Delete
.
If adding or editing a VRRP configuration, the following screen displays:
