6.5.4: Pre-Authorization with a Loyalty Transaction

Use this transaction to obtain authorization for a Purchase transaction
where the final dollar value of the transaction is unknown (example: in a
restaurant environment when a tip may be added).

This function provides authorization only.

When completing a Pre-Authorization transaction with a Loyalty Card, the
Loyalty Card MUST be swiped first.
