6.3.10: Gift Card General Void (ADMIN 56)

Use this transaction to void a Gift Card activation and purchase transac-
tions. This function does NOT void the debit/credit portion of the transac-
tion if applicable. This transaction should be used when a Gift Card has
been entered incorrectly. Process this transaction for the entire amount of
the original transaction.

Only transactions in a current batch can be voided. Only one transaction
can be voided at a time.

6.4: Performing Ernex Loyalty Card and Combination Card
Transactions

Loyalty Card transactions can be processed with a Debit or Credit transac-
tion, or on their own.

Loyalty points are added to a Loyalty Card with a Purchase transaction and
deducted with a Refund transaction.

A Combination Card is a Card that has a dual function. It acts as a Payment
Card as well as a Loyalty Card. The Card Holder could be awarded points
every time they use their Combination Card for payment.

All Loyalty Card transactions may be swiped or keyed into the terminal.
