CHAPTER 8: Processing Administrative Functions
8.7: Setting Up Third Party Card (ADMIN 11)
This function is used to input specific card parameters to be processed by a
Third Party host
Note:
ADMIN 10 must be set-up prior to proceeding with setting ADMIN 11.

SWIPE CUSTOMER CARD
Press ADMIN key
ENTER ADMIN CODE
Key in 11 and press ENTER
ENTER CARD NAME
Key in the name of the Third Party Card being
accepted using the numeric keyboard, scroll
the alpha characters with the Shift key (
T
)
and press ENTER.
The exact name to be keyed is provided by the
Third Party Processor. This field will be Printed
on the Customer Receipt.
To change or view previously keyed card
names - press A or C on keyboard
ENTER HOST NUMBER
Key in 1 digit host number and press ENTER
(1-9)
This field identifies which host number pro-
cesses the card
Note:
This number coincides with the Host
number previously keyed in ADMIN

BIN RANGE 1 - LOW
Key in the lowest limit of BIN range #1 and
press ENTER.
The Third Party Processor provides this infor-
mation
BIN RANGE 1 - HIGH
Key in the highest limit of BIN range #1 and
press ENTER.
The Third Party Processor provides this infor-
mation
BIN RANGE 2 - LOW
Key in lowest limit of BIN range #2 if applica-
ble and press ENTER.

Note:
This is only required if the Third
Party Processor advises of multiple
BIN rages for the same card type.

Key in highest limit of BIN range #2 if applica-
ble and press ENTER
