CHAPTER 6: Processing ERNEX Transactions

6.6.5: Loyalty Card General Void (ADMIN 56)

This function allows you to void the Loyalty portion of a transaction (pur-
chase, refund, pre-authorization, pre-authorization completion; redemp-
tion, activation). This function does NOT void the debit/credit part (if any)
of these transactions.

Only a transaction in a current batch can be voided. Only one transaction
can be voided at a time.

6.6.6: Deactivating Loyalty Cards (ADMIN 51)

Use this transaction to deactivate a Loyalty Card. This transaction can be
used for lost, stolen or demagnetized cards

Cards can be swiped through the terminal or the card number can be manu-
ally entered. Once a Card has been deactivated, it can NEVER be used
again.

Refer to your Store Manager for your refund or replacement policy.
