Check the data sent from the external
device to see if:
(1) The Length value is correct or not.
(2) Any of the data corresponding to the

If GX Configurator-SC (Pre-defined
protocol support function) was used for
protocol editing, check the sender’s
packet format to see if an incorrect
value is set for the conversion variable.
